Chapter 292 Wedding Crasher
Tyler burst through the heavy oak doors of the groom's suite, Derek close on his heels. Shouts echoed from the gardens below, mixed with the distant crash of breaking stone and marble.
"Down the stairs," Tyler said urgently. They sprinted toward the marble staircase leading to the palace grounds. Derek's boots pounded the steps, trying hard to catch up to Tyler, who moved as fast as the wind. The Indigo General had become an adept cultivator by now, which is why he could run quickly enough not to be left behind.
As they emerged into the open air, the scene hit them like a battlefield aftermath. The lawns were torn up, while the hedges had been shredded into green mulch. Guards lay scattered on the ground, some groaning in pain, others unnaturally still.
