Chapter 18

My morning started early as a little monster invaded my sleep. Super early in the morning, before the sun arose and the birds awoke A.K.A 9:30 am when Jennifer wormed her way into my bed. Jennifer's always loved cuddles but when it's practically dawned my cuddles are less than enthusiastic. Jennifer was fairly smart for a girl of her age, I noticed this from our conversations this morning. "Mummy?" Jennifer questioned and I turned to face her. "Yes sweetie?" I asked in reply and she smiled, "Can I come?" She asks and I raise my eyebrows in confusion. "Come where?" I ask and she smirks, "I want to come to the girl’s day out" She told me and I stared at her in shock. I never remember telling her that. "You didn't tell me mummy, my head told me" She whispered and I cautiously grabbed her hand bringing her closer to me, did she just read my mind?! "What do you mean your head told you?" I whispered and she giggled, "There's a voice in my head that tells me stuff" She says with a giggle a
