After Bryan left Jason's room, Angeline did not feel the satisfaction or calmness she had hoped for. Instead, she felt crushed by the heartache that had returned to pierce her heart so sharply.
Angeline closed her eyes for a moment and rubbed her chest. All of her and Jason's clothes were already in the closet in the corner of the room. Angeline then looked at the scenery outside the window.
