"Julia, don't joke around," Quinn said helplessly. "What joke?" A familiar voice came suddenly from the doorway. "You came too?" Julia looked up to see Haley walking in with a fruit basket in one hand and flowers in the other. Her face was full of exasperation. "You got so upset you ended up in the hospital. How could I not come back to you?" Haley shot her a look as she spoke, then moved to set the gifts down. When she noticed the nightstand by Julia's bed already stacked high with snacks and drinks, her brow arched. "Wow, you've got enough here to open a shop. Don't tell me I'm the last one to show up? Sorry, my phone was off last night. I only heard this morning." She set her things down on a small table nearby with a casual shrug. "There's nothing to apologize for.
