Sebastian frowned slightly as he watched Julia scarf down her stew. She seemed a little shabby and disheveled.
Had she fallen so far after leaving him that even a bowl of beef stew felt like some rare delicacy?
"Julia, stop this. Come back with me," he said.
Sebastian was used to high-end suits and luxury surroundings, so he had completely overlooked the fact that Julia's formal skirt wasn't cheap at all.
Julia kept her head down, slurping noodles. Sebastian's arrival had dampened her appetite a little.
Sebastian's expression darkened, and he said, "Fine. So you're dead set on divorce?"
As he looked at Julia's seemingly shabby state, a flicker of something crossed Sebastian's eyes.
"If you want the divorce, fine. However, you'll have to shoulder Xav's expenses—his tuition alone is hundreds of thousands a year, plus custom clothes and his transport…"
Julia didn't quite understand where he was going with all this—she just found him annoyingly noisy.
