Selena was taken aback by Louisa's strength. Though she had encouraged Louisa online to stand up against bullying, she had gone a bit too far this time. Selena and Elijah exchanged a glance, both a little stunned. "You're the bastard who hit my daughter? I'll teach you a lesson today!" Suddenly, a sharp female voice cut through the tension. A well-dressed woman stormed over to Louisa. It was obvious that she was one of the other students' mothers. "What do you think you're doing? Trying to slap my daughter?" Selena shot back, her eyes blazing. "You're that bastard's mother? She hit my daughter, so I'm hitting back!" The woman glared furiously. Before she could say more, Selena slapped her sharply across the face. "D-Did you just slap me?" The woman covered her face in disbelief as she glared fiercely at Selena. Her whole body trembled with anger. "Yes, I slapped you, bitch. Who do you think you're calling a bastard right in front of me, huh? You think I'm a pushover when I don
