Keenan finally snapped out of it, a broad, eager smile spreading across his face. He hurried over and pulled out a premium pack of cigarettes, offering one to Nicholas with both hands. "What a coincidence!" "Yeah," Nicholas replied, accepting the cigarette without much of a reaction. "Let me light that for you!" Keenan said with an obsequious grin, pulling out a custom-made, clearly high-end lighter. "I'm not smoking right now." Nicholas waved him off. "Of course!" Keenan quickly put the lighter away, not daring to glance at Jennifer. His eyes were locked on Nicholas, and his smile was pure flattery. He looked like a total bootlicker.
