Tricia POV I woke up this morning feeling better than yesterday. I stretched and yawned in the bed and looked around still feeling dizzy. I looked around me and that was when I realized that Jayden was no longer on the bed. I panicked a little rushing to his room to check up on him but only found Janessa wrapped in her blanket on her bed. Jayden's bed was empty and neat. I tried to mindlink Joel but I couldn't get to him and I knew instantly that he was far from me. I went downstairs shouting "Jayden" but there was no response. Fear gripped me instantly. What if he ran away while I was asleep? Where could he have gone? Is he safe? "Gaso have you seen Jayden?" I asked Gaso who I almost bumped into on my way. "No, Your Majesty. I was even about to inform you that Alpha Andrew was about to leave and he asked for Jayden" Gaso replied. Sweat began gathering on my forehead. I was nervous and at the same time panicking.
