Aaron's POV "She is no longer bleeding. I've done everything I can." Haven packed up the medicine box and looked at me sympathetically. "Arc is on his way. He's the best healer. If he gets here in time, Beth might get better, but... As you know, Arc needs a while." It was a long way. Even though Arc got here as fast as he could, it still took time. "She is covered in wounds and scars. It is a miracle that she is still alive." "She is covered in wounds and scars?" "Yes. Some of the wounds have healed, but I could tell at a glance that they came from years of abuse," Haven sighed. "I've never met a patient like her. I might manage to treat her external injuries, but..." She paused. I raised my eyebrows and whispered, "But what? You'd better tell me the truth, Haven." She sighed heavily and glanced at Beth. "Given her current condition, even if her wounds are cured, I am still concerned
