Chapter 36-02

Breakfast was awkward. I sat in my chair picking at my food, glancing at Parker every few seconds to see him looking at me. I was still thinking about the night before every time I looked at him. "Is something wrong?" Parker asked from his spot across from me. I didn't look up from my food but shook my head no. He didn't say anything else. The air around us was tense and awkward.
