Chapter 36

“What’s wrong? You are not fainting, are you?” I quickly reached out to the packet of macaronis and tore open the packaging. I also fidgeted with the vegetables and sausages. I was moving fast as I was anxious and wanted to complete the dishes within minutes. I touched every ingredients i took out. If only I was an octopus, I would be able to do many things at once. Thats when I started hearing chuckling sounds coming from behind. I frowned at Kayden when I saw him laughing. “What’s so funny?” I asked. “Nothing. Continue with what you are doing.” Kayden said and hugged me. I struggled off his arms and pushed him out of the kitchen. “Don’t ever come in. Go out and wait outside.” I made him sit at the dining table before storming back into the kitchen and shut the kitchen door. I continued to prepare baked pasta. After 30 minutes, I smiled as I lookrd at my master piece. I brought the baked pasta to the dining table and placed it in front of Kayden.
