The following afternoon Thea and I sat on my bedroom floor, both studying for winter finals. It was hard for me to focus, her reading glasses made her look a million times cuter. She was determined to ace her finals, being quite the over achiever, academically that is. I begrudgingly pried my eyes away from her and refocused back to my own textbooks. It was all werewolf history and royal guidelines, important information I had to be careful with. If she or anyone else went through these, my father would kill me. The sound of her pencil scratching against the paper abruptly paused, and I looked up to see her head in her hands. She took off her glasses and set them on her binder with a huff. "Raven?"
