Colleen woke up a short time later and sat up carefully as she was very sore. She looked down and saw that a Victor had appeared on her chest over her heart. It was not a normal mate Victor. It was a slave Victor. Normally when a male marks his mate he marks her with her permission and as her equal. He loves her and wants to show the world that she is his and he is proud of it. Even if his wolf pushes through and marks her before she is ready he is still marking her out of love. However, the rogue alpha marked her out of hate. He marked her to control her, take her position as future alpha and he marked her to show that he was above her and because he was an alpha and had alpha blood he was able to give her the slave Victor. Colleen could feel her eyes watering as she looked at it. She searched inwardly as she tried to find the bond that would normally come with that Victor. A bond that would force her to do what he wanted would show him all of her thoughts so she could ke
