Reuben quietly pulled out the chair by the study desk and sat down upon seeing this. It was his own home, so he didn't feel the need to be overly polite. Rodney soon ended his phone call and returned to his desk. He sat down and looked at Reuben. Knowing his son, he was sure it wasn't about work or anything else. It was mostly about the matter between him and Selena. So, he stared at Reuben, too lazy to ask what the matter was. Their eyes met. Reuben casually went straight to the point. "Selena and I are planning to get married." "What?" Rodney's eyes widened in disbelief. "What did you just say?" He had guessed the conversation would involve Selena, but he'd never imagined Reuben would speak about marriage right off the bat. He was extremely shocked. Seeing his father's shocked reaction, Reuben calmly repeated himself, "Selena and I are getting married." With that, Rodney became furious. "Marriage? Are you out of your mind? Have you ignored everything I've told you? Even if
