Avery wasn't great with words, but her actions spoke volumes. After their heated kiss, she quickly pulled back, grabbed her breakfast, and said, "Mr. Stone, I'm really leaving this time. See you later." With that, she turned and pushed the car door open. "Avery," Mason called out to her just as she was stepping out. She glanced back, meeting his gaze. His eyes locked on hers, steady and sincere. "I'll pick you up this evening," he said. "Let's have dinner together." The truth was, he couldn't get enough of her.
