After Tony left for the police station and Anne staggered off to Renee's hospital room, Giselle quietly moved to Vivienne's side.
"Vivi, don't cry," Giselle said as she hugged Vivienne.
Then, Giselle offered empty words of comfort, "What's done is done. You need to stay strong. You're carrying a child… No matter what, try your best to accept it."
"No…" Vivienne replied.
Her face was deathly pale, and her eyes were swollen from crying. She trembled as if her soul had been drained, shaking her head over and over. "I can't accept it… I really can't… Selle, what should I do? Please help me… I feel like I'm dying too…"
Giselle could only hold her tighter and comfort her. "Calm down. I'm here with you."
