Compromise for

Bell's POV: The company's management and treatment were considered attractive in this industry. If I found another job, it wouldn't be better than here. The most important thing was that I had to go through one to three months internship again before I could get a salary that was equivalent to my salary now.  I had a family and a child to raise, and sometimes I needed to compromise.
