CHAPTER 28 Gilbert cleared his throat, bringing Olivia's attention to him. “Dad” she smiled, getting up from the chair to help him up. “Oli dear, how are you doing?” He smiled. “I’m fine dad. How's your health?” “I'd be fine dear.”  Olivia nodded, reaching for the black bag she came in with. She happened to see a store where they sold fruits and told Nicholas to take her there to buy them. She took out the fruits from the bag, “I got you fruits, dad.” she said, turning on the faucet that was on the other side of the room, to wash the fruits. “That's thoughtful of you. Morgan wouldn't even buy me fruits when coming.”  Olivia laughed, returning to her seat, as she started peeling an apple for him. “Are your parents alive?” Gilbert suddenly asked. His eyes read Olivia's expression. Olivia paused, hesitating on what to say. If anyone was dead, it was her father.
