CHAPTER THIRTY ONE

'Ughhh." Jordan screamed for the umpteenth time. Jordan tossed and turned on the bed. He has lost count of how many times he has groaned out in frustration. Everytime he closed his eyes, all of it just started to appear again. His daughters gave as the tears rolled down her eyes. The image of it made his heart clench in between his ribs. He wanted to talk, at least to one person, say something, laugh and joke but there was no one. It all just seemed he was the only one in this fucking world. He stood up from the bed, pressing the button that turned all the lights on. He dragged his feet towards the bathroom with his droopy eyes who badly wanted sleep but was not going to get any. 'Hugh." He groaned out again. All of it was tiring for him. The stress, the pain. He had thought he was used to it but they all proved him wrong. Why? Why was it him?
