About two years ago, Gavin asked a girl out to his first school dance. Mr. Collins was so excited and had him all prepared with a nice tux, a corsage, lots of hair gel and a very intense few days of slow dance lessons. Gabby was supposed to be in on those too, but after a riot that ended with a broken vase in the living room, Mr. Collins learned that the more space between the two of them, the better. Anyway, Gavin was so ready for this dance. Marley remembers walking home with Gabby after school.
