Chapter 34 “Are you alright?” Andrew said as soon as he came back inside the kitchen. His heart rate doubled when he heard that noise. He was worried that something had already happened to the woman. “Yes, I am okay,” Nicole replied, and the woman was picking up the chopping board that was dropped. The loud noise was because of it. “I am sorry. It suddenly slipped on my hand,” she added while looking at him. “No, that’s fine. But are you sure that you are fine?” He asked again. He didn’t know why he was feeling like this. He had never been like this to any woman before. He usually didn’t care about them because he felt like they were all unworthy of his attention.
