Kai’s POV “I really wonder how do non vampires make it through this passage quickly if it’s taking us so much time?” I panted as I carried Ty on my back and ran through the trail in phenomenal vampire speed. “It is a hundred day journey that you are completing in less than half a day, baby. I am so proud of you,” Ty beamed and gave me a rewarding kiss on my cheek making me chuckle. “You should stop buttering me, dragon boy,” I teased him. “You know that I will carry you to your destination even if you don’t flatter me’, I said while chuckling. “It’s genuine praise, baby. I have no idea how are you able to carry me while running faster than the wind,” Ty said while nibbling my ear. “Don’t arouse me, Ty,” I growled. “Do you want Xador to catch us just because I couldn’t control my libido?” I huffed. “You look so damn cute when angry, princess,” Ty chuckled and nuzzled his head in my neck. “You feel so light to carry by the way. Either it is because we used to carry three giant bears duri
