Marceline ran into Shawn as soon as she arrived upstairs at the office. When he saw the handprint on her cheek, he didn't say anything. Instead, he just told her to call the police station. Marceline nodded and got to work. When noon came, she received a call from the police. Then, she simply told them the matter had been settled privately. After hanging up, she saw a new message on her phone. "These are the five songs Jenna won awards for overseas. I couldn't help but feel their melodies sound exactly like the ones you played for me back then. "Marceline, how long do you plan to keep avoiding me?" Marceline had been a complete shut-in for the past three years. Three years ago, Jenna had gone to live abroad right after Marceline got married. People in their social circles said it was because Jenna was too heartbroken. From then on, Marceline lived alone in Cloudcrest Bay. She barely paid attention to the outside world, so she had no idea about the songs Jenna had composed.
