Selena’s POV Alex brought me to his condo after the press conference. I was just following him, not because he could make me follow around, but because I was not in my right mind. I kept on thinking about Elias. I’m certain it was him. He was looking at me. With that usual unexplainable blank eyes. Always mysterious. Always hard to look at. I feel like he’s doing that on purpose. So, I’d lose my mind thinking about what’s on his mind. The glass of water Alex gave me after he made me sit on the couch remained untouched. My eyes were glued to the clear glass, and yet it wasn’t what I’m seeing. I’m seeing Elias. In every corner of my mind. Like a haunted picture I couldn’t burn. Like a painful memory I couldn’t let go. Why was he there? And why was he alone? “What’s wrong?” Alex sat beside me, finally noticing I didn’t touch the water. I looked at him and slowly shook my head. “Nothing.” He was about to say something again when someone knocked on the door. Alex pulled himself up and opene
