Raymond was happy to comply. After the call ended, he walked toward the study. "Mr. Reid, Ms. Gildon's friend ran into Gerard in the lobby. She said Ms. Gildon has no one to look after her, so she asked us to help." Dominic raised his gaze from his computer screen. His sharp nose bridge framed a pair of silver-rimmed glasses. His distant eyes revealed a flicker of confusion. "She asked three men to look after an injured woman at night?" "Oh… I didn't think of it that way." Raymond paused, now realizing how it sounded. He and Gerard hadn't thought that far ahead. "Mr. Reid, what should we do?" "Why don't you call her and see if she's okay with it?" "Alright," Raymond nodded and called Vespera. "Ms. Gildon, your friend asked us to look after you. Mr. Reid wanted me to get your consent first."
