Nicholas Perry gasped out loud, clearly shocked by how hard I'd gone in. He swallowed nervously and didn’t dare move an inch.
Everyone in the restaurant was stunned, straight-up floored. The staff were especially shaken, their faces pale as they rushed over to stop me.
I let go, and Grace Mills struggled to lift her head from the fish tank. Her hair was dripping wet, and her bloodshot eyes locked on me. She coughed and choked for a good while before she could get a word out.
