I’ve been rehearsing about my meeting with Adrian so many times in my head “I’ll just go to Adrian’s house and see if he was okay. Nothing funny…. “I muttered to myself as I paced outside the gate. Now that I was here in front of his villa, I lost the courage to procced in. Instead, I was just standing outside looking at the familiar gate as if it was the first time that I’ve been here. I was behaving like the first time I stepped in to his villa, for an interview to become his son’s nanny. I couldn’t believe how bad events had a tendency of repeating themselves in my life.
