Julian Everett stood frozen, barely breathing.
Seeing this, Trevor Collins sneered, "I can let Evelyn Knight go, but only if you trade your life for hers. Julian, there's enough explosives on this yacht to blow all of us to pieces. Think carefully."
As he spoke, Trevor pulled out a remote control—clearly for the detonator.
Julian’s voice was low and steady. "Fine. Tell me what to do."
Trevor pulled a sharp blade from his combat boot. "Stab yourself in the gut. At least five centimeters deep. Then jump into the sea."
These waters were known for sharks—blood was like ringing a dinner bell.
