Chapter 1052 You’re Poor

The butler smiled and said, “Sir would like to show you the garden. The garden here is quite a sight to behold, Miss Moore. This way, please.” Tamara frowned, “I’m not going.” The butler gave her a look. “Miss Moore, please don’t make things difficult for me. These men are not the patient type. If they get violent, you might get seriously injured.” Tamara’s face darkened. She glanced at the two guards behind the butler and finally gave in, walking towards the door on her own. She descended the long staircase and arrived in the grand hall on the first floor. Tamara scanned the place. The hall was magnificent. It had a mysterious and ancient vibe to it. That hall led to another bigger and quieter one, where guards stood watch, ever vigilant to the environment around them. The butler led her down another flight of stairs and onto a narrow path. The path was meandered with neatly trimmed shrubs and dense trees on either side. At the end of the path was the entrance to the garden.
