“Let’s head in,” smiled Joseph. Kimberly nodded. She was too cute! Joseph sucked in a breath before he promptly marched inside. The interior decoration was cozy, with only a few tables and chairs. When they entered, there was just one other table inside, which was occupied. That table of people was enjoying some beer. Joseph furrowed his eyebrows at the sight of it all. While he was still picking out a spot, Kimberly’s head appeared behind him, and she greeted the lady behind the counter. “Hello, Aunt Colstone.” When the lady heard her voice, she unconsciously looked up. Her eyes lit up when she saw it was Kimberly. “Kim, you’re here. It’s been so long. Were you busy?” Kimberly took a seat obediently and nodded. “I was quite busy. I’ll have my usual Aunt Colstone.” She then turned to Joseph. “The menu is on the wall. You can have a look at it.” Joseph shrugged and muttered faintly, “I’ll have what you’re having.” Kimberly gave her orders to Aunt Colstone with reddened cheeks.
