As many had guessed earlier, Louise was indeed on-site. As the owner of the mind domain, she couldn't possibly be far from the venue to maintain a domain stable enough to contain so many contestants. Though she'd masked her scent and suppressed her supernatural strength, Thalia quickly located her in a nearby flat not far from the tournament venue. Aside from Louise, Marilyn was in the room. She was clearly present as Louise's protector.
