Chapter 9 You Don't Deserve to Go Into My Room
Leona's POV: 
Florence chimed in, "Alright, alright. Leona has repented. The banquet is about to start. Hurry—get someone to take her to get ready." 
Lucian stuffed a bag into my hands.
"Hurry up and get changed into something nice. Tidy up that messy hair of yours, too. Don't give the guests the impression that the eldest daughter of the Larkspur pack's Alpha is worse off than a homeless man." 
Elara came forward and took me by my other hand. She beamed adorably, no longer looking timid like she did when she first came. 
"Leo, shall I show you to my room to get ready?" she offered. 
I wanted to refuse, but on second thought, I agreed. Although three years had passed, my grandmother's wolf fang might still be there.
Elara dragged me forward as I tagged along painfully. The pain in my left leg worsened. Every step I took felt like I was stepping on needles. 
Right after we left the living room, Elara shoved my hand away. 
She wiped her fingers in disgust. "Leo, you should just
