Issa Got In Third POV Officer Butch's confession the chatter died down. Not because they understand what Butch meant but because they are shock to hear Butch's said. Officer Butch is a very respected officer in the village. Not because of his looks or power but because of his dedication he put in his work. Issa couldn't help it anymore but to disobey his brother and she ran up to the nice demon couple to embrace them. "You shouldn't have come closer Isabela. We might drag you into this mess," The lady said, tears glimmering down on her cheeks. "But you didn't do anything bad," Issa defended. "Have you lost your mine Officer?!" An angry woman shouted on the crowds. The crowd split together to reveal the angry woman. "They must've poisoned your mind as well," she said. Disgust was written all over her face. "Madam Georgia, with all due respect. We all have kinds of prejudices, I understand you. These poor demons didn't do anything to you, nor to you and nor to the girl. Let us all calm down and resume our work." The officer dismissed. The crowds were contemplating whether to follow the officer's command or not. "And that's it? You're not throw those garbage away from the village?" "The king already decide--" "The king must've lost his mind as well--" Madam Georgia bluntly said causing a shock gasp from the crowd. Well, for them it was a form of disloyalty and unlawful to say anything bad to the royals, especially to the King. What's more shocking is how fast Officer Butch cake face to face with the angry woman. Dark aura covering his presence. "How dare you disrespect the King!" shouted Butch. The angry woman face quickly change. She was so terrified that her knees is visibly shaking. Officer Butch made a sword out of his power. The angry woman started at it petrified as Officer Butch sword was pointed at hers. "P-please spare me officer!" the woman beg desperately. Butch was easy to talk to. He spared the woman and he woman thank him and she promised not to angry him anymore. Butch then faced the couple and Isabela who had a worried brother beside her. "T-thank you officer for forgiving us," Betty cried. "Is there anything we can do to repay you?" Arnold sincerely ask. "You didn't do anything wrong," Butch smiled and face the crowd. "Resume your work!" he shouted at the vampires. "You can go back to your place, Mr and Mrs Ferrer." Butch said. Betty, who was very thankful for to Butch stopped him by grabbing his arm gently. Betty blushed at her sudden action. Butch looked at her, question was written all over his face. "I heard you liked our cake, please have some as well as the other officers. My husband a I are truly grateful for the saving sir, its the least we could do..." Betty said. Butch laugh. "My officers and I won't decline at your offer madam. We can't stop talking about the cake since yesterday, it was truly delicious!" the officer smiled. Butch as well as the other officer was invited at the small bakery. Betty and Arnold felt so amazing. It was the first time that their store was filled by hungry vampires. Issa and Levi helped them prepared. After the hungry officers ate, they gave the couple a huge amount of money. The couple didn't expect any payment since they just wanted to repay what Butch's did, but Butch and the officers think it was too much. They ate so much, beside the cake really deserve a huge amount of money. The officers left. Although it turned out great Issa couldn't help that she was to blame for everything. "I'm really sorry," Issa said to the couple. "If I didn't came... those vampires wouldn't harm you!" Issa said terrified. Betty chuckled. Issa was about to cry. "It wasn't your fault dear. If it wasn't for you, those vampires would still harm and judge us demons. Thanks to you, some vampires became aware that we are not bad creatures and we don't poison our cakes. Believe it or not, but ever since you came. You became our lucky star Issa..." Betty's voice tremble as waves of emotion came towards her. Tears formed in her eyes. Issa didn't know why Betty became suddenly emotional. "Before you came I told that we've been trying so hard to become pregnant right? After you came..." Betty's tears starts to fall down. "Yesterday, I found out that I'm pregnant!" Betty said happily. Issa gasp. "After trying so many years Issa! I became pregnant!" Betty cried. "Oh my gosh!" Issa became happy as well, knowing that news. It was only one day since she became friends with them but she feels like they are good creatures. "I'm so happy for you!" Issa said. They celebrated for awhile, including Levi as well. He was still wary of the demons but he can't leave Isabela with them. It wasn't because they are demons, demons or not Levi is very cautious trusting creatures. They might harm his little sister. They left eventually and went home. It was a tiring day. Well, Levi did expect Issa to be tired but Issa didn't show any signs of tiredness. Had it been a normal vampire, they well get tired for sure. But Levi shrug it off, maybe the job wasn't that tiring. "Issa, five letters was sent to our mails these morning. It has your name on it. Do you have any idea what kind of letter it was?" Issa mother ask her. Awhile ago, there was 5 letters in their mail. She thought it was for their taxes and whatnot. She was surprised to see it was for her daughter. Curious to what it was, she tried hard not to open those letters. She had no idea what it was but she restrained herself on opening it. She asked her in laws as well, but they had no idea what it was. So they waited for them to come home. "Oh, I fill up those forms for school," Issa said nonchalantly. "But Issa--" her father tried talking to her but Patricia stop her husband. She didn't want Issa to misunderstand their action. "Shall we see what the letter said?" Mother ask smiling towards Issa. "Yeah sure! Let's go!" Issa in hyper mode. The family accumulated the empty couch. The man were in the back wanting to know the result as well. Issa was sitting in the middle, her grandma and mother was beside her. And beside her mother was Sheil. "Let's try opening this one!" Issa said picking up the nicest looking one which was the most popular school out of 5 them. "West Columbus Academy," Issa read. All of them were eager to look what's inside. Isabela click her tongue and opened it. "It's a... Fail." All of them said. Well Issa expected that. They were asking what kind of bender she was so she wrote, Bender of Bending the trees. "Whaaa! At least they replied!" She chuckled. Which surprised the family. All of them expected that all the letters will all fail. Still, they didn't want Issa to misunderstand their action. So they let her be. Issa she opened the next letter which was Duke's Elements. Still, it was a fail. Next was Benders of the South which was also a fail. Including the next one which was Academia de Lazaro. "Aish! Why didn't they join their letters? All of them wrote fail anyway. Ah, I'm pretty sure this one is fail as well. Nevermind, this letter. Don't worry grands, mama, papa, Sheil, Levi, Andy, Yuri. You warned me about this, I have no right to get mad or complain." Issa sigh making them all sad. It was true that they all expected that the letters will be fail, but they couldn't help getting a heavy heart. The biggest school didn't even accept her, what more if it's just a small school. Poor Issa. Issa excused herself to change her dressed. All of them look poorly at Issa walking away. Although they didn't said anything, they all feel bad for Issa. Yuri, was curious to see what the letter her Ate has. She was sad that her new ate became sad, she wanted to know what the last letter was. She couldn't read that well, and she tried hard. "Wii.. We...Wel... ko--koom to... Laa... Sa... San..." Feeling frustrated that she couldn't read the letters well. Yuri started to cry. She now know why her ate was sad, it was because the letters are hard to read. "Yuwii cant wead well!" she cried. Her brother Andy came in rescue as well as her Ate Sheil. "What is it baby?" Sheil ask. "Yuwii had haid time weading!" Yuri cried more. Sheil took the letters. "Oh, let Ate Sheil help. Hmm. This is Welcome to La Sangre University," Sheil said making all of them look at Sheil's way. "Now, say it with Ate. Welcome... To... La... Sangre Uni...versity?" Sheil ask couldn't believe what she was reading. She read it back again this time, her eyes almost popping out of their socket. "What?!" Her grandma snatch the paper away. "She got in?!" "I got in?" Issa couldn't believe it. She got in. "You got in!" they all happily cheered.
