Rosalie still held a grudge against Teresa and would certainly refuse to go back to the Sutton residence with her.
Teresa didn't beat around the bush and said to Cameron plainly, "That's why I came to you. Rosie listens to you more."
Cecilia stood beside Cameron, quietly listening to their conversation without interrupting.
"What I say might not work either," Cameron replied.
He wasn't trying to deceive her—it was simply the truth. Rosalie already had her own independent thoughts and wouldn't necessarily obey Cameron in everything. It was just that she feared him a bit more.
But then he continued, "How about this? I'll ask Cece to talk to Rosie. We were planning to pick her up from kindergarten anyway, so let's go together."
