Jasper didn't expect his first time seeing Lisette after so long to be in the newspaper. She was standing behind a podium in the National Research Institute, practically shining on stage, completely unlike the unassuming woman she'd been before. Her charisma was flowing even in a static photo—this was who Lisette should've been from the beginning. While holding the paper excitedly, Jasper made to head out and run to her.
