"Yes…" There was no way Harrod was going to deny this and could only accept his fate. Chase's expression darkened. "You're suspended from your position starting this very second. You and your nephew will undergo investigation in the meantime, which I will see to personally and no mercy will be shown." Harrod nearly fainted at the words. The thought of Chase finding out about his little schemes in the past and the consequences that were to come was too much for Harrod. With that, he keeled over and fell unconscious. Bernie finally realized that he had messed up big time, and his legs began to wobble. Chase had only brought one other person with him, but the power that radiated off him was undeniable. With the way Harrod was looking, Bernie knew that the arrival of this guy implied that he was done for. Just then, the secretary behind Chase looked at the officers Harrod had come with.
