Mandel seemed to be a very excuse. Seeing that Brandon was silent, Jim nodded and drove the car to the Thompson's home. When the car stopped, Savanna got out of the car, followed by Brandon who said to Jim, "You go back." Jim gave him a knowing nod and drove off. Hearing the sound of the car leaving, Savanna looked back and stopped in her tracks. Looking at Brandon's indifferent face, she asked, "Why didn't you leave?" Brandon said lightly, "Why would I leave?" He thought, my wife and son are all here. Why would I leave? Seeing Brandon walk in ahead of her, Savanna hesitated for a moment and then caught up with him. "Hey, Brandon, Mandel is already asleep at this hour. You better not go in to avoid waking him up." Savanna stood in front of him and blocked his way. Brandon looked inside the house and then looked down at her. "I won't wake him up. I just want to ask you something."
