John turned around to her cold and sulky expression after he hung his jacket up. With a grin, he walked over to her. He caught a glimpse of the dinner by her bed, so he asked, “Why haven’t you had your dinner?” Sherry ignored him. John sat on the edge of the bed. “Lost your appetite?” “You made me lose my appetite,” Sherry snapped. John smiled while he started to unbutton his shirt. “It’s okay. You can eat later when you feel better.” Her gaze shifted, and she immediately said, “I suddenly feel hungry again!” John’s hands froze while he stared at her. Without skipping a beat, she got up to the side of the bed and started eating. John sat beside her, watching her eat. Sherry ate particularly slow.
