Sherry came out from the bathroom with John and Caprice. The leftovers and the plates on the table were kept away, and so was the grill outside the corridor. All that was left in the front yard was a layer of snow. Caprice wanted to play, so Sherry held the girl’s hand and had fun in the front yard for a while. After playing for a while, Sherry brought the girl inside, fed her dinner, and continued playing in her room. Later that night, Sherry read the girl a few more stories before putting her to bed. Sherry then washed up and changed into her pajamas before she lay back down beside Caprice. As soon as she settled down, a towering figure came in from the door. The man wore blue satin pajamas but had intentionally left a few buttons open. Sherry’s eyes gleamed. John curved his lips at her. His handsome face looked extremely gentle yet bewitching with his smile. Sherry’s heart raced. She quickly turned away and closed her eyes. The man was trying to seduce her with his
