Sherry delivered a swift blow across his face. The thunderous clap echoed across the corridor and could still be heard after seconds had passed. The group of thugs was all equally dumbfounded. They were not expecting Sherry to slap the leader as well. Both Jason and Nelson remained silent. John was the only one smiling satisfactorily. It was only when he observed the way Sherry continued to limp that a scowl formed on his face again. The leader of the thugs who had just been slapped by Sherry was glaring at her viciously.
