Outside the door, Matthew's eyes narrowed slightly as he noted the untouched honey water and cold medicine. Retrieving the key from a nearby drawer, he unlocked the bathroom door, pushing it open. “Ah-” Serena had been leaning against the door, and she nearly stumbled forward as he entered.
