Everyone was getting along quite well. Holden and Betty, especially, were deep in conversation. They were clearly hitting it off more and more with each passing minute. Soon, the clock struck 1:00 pm. "Ms. Estes, Holden, I've got something to take care of this afternoon. I'll have to head out now," Yarrick said. He had eaten quickly on purpose.
