Eleanor’s POV: After bidding farewell to mom, Scarlet and I left the hospital directly. On the way back I noticed something different about Scarlett. It was not a drastic change, but I sensed she seemed much more at ease. Having grown up alongside Scarlett, I was arguably the person who understood her best outside of the Taylor family. She must have found her answer during my mother’s hypnotherapy session. Moreover, I was almost certain this answer had something to do with Everett. “Scarlett, you seem in a great mood,” I said, hooking my arm through her, asking the obvious. She was well aware that I had been secretly observing her since earlier. She chuckles softly, “Pretty good, I guess.” “My mom is really amazing. Every time you get treatment from her, you feel so much better afterward.” “Aunt Elisa’s medical skills are beyond question”. She paused before adding, “I was about to pay her, but she refused. I will transfer the money to you. Please forward it to her later.” “Oh, come on!
