Although Nelson was still in the hospital, his arm injury wasn't critical. As long as he kept up with the scheduled dressing changes, he could be discharged at any time. He didn't think much of it, but William acted as if his injury was so severe that it left him incapable of taking care of himself. And so, William took it upon himself to take care of Nelson personally. Dylan handed Nelson a stack of documents, which he reviewed. By the time Dylan left, the young William was already waiting by his bedside. As soon as Dylan was gone, he climbed onto the bed. Carefully, he held up a glass of water and used a small spoon to feed Nelson. Nelson looked down at the spoonful of water in front of him, feeling a bit embarrassed. "William, I'm not so helpless that I need you to care for me like this." William stared back at him with innocent doe eyes. Then, he imitated the way Nelson used to care for him and insisted on feeding him water. He gestured for Nelson to stop talking and open his m
