JENNIFER’S POV “No…no…this can’t be happening,” I stuttered. My hands trembled, my vision blurred as my head grew fuzzy with panic and fear. My fingers flew across the key board, and it was a surprise I was even able to put out words. “Who are you? And what do you want?” My heart pounded erratically on my chest as I watched the message show only one tick. Panic filled me knowing what it meant. The person must have blocked me. I could feel my body vibrating, and I was on the verge of spiraling over the edge. I transferred the number to my other phone as I placed it on call.
