"Mr. Maximillian, of course your words carry weight," Wilson quickly responded with respect. He then looked at Apollo with a cold gaze.
Apollo felt a chill run down his spine as he hastily untied Wesley's bindings. He was astonished by just how humble Wilson could be in the face of Theodore.
"Wesley, it's been a while." Theodore gestured for Wesley to take a seat and personally poured him a cup of tea. "Don't be nervous. I brought you here only to ask you a few questions."
Wesley didn't reach for the teacup. His face turned ashen, and he looked visibly uncomfortable—guilty, even.
