“Do you remember the girl I said walked in on him and me when we were kissing?” Lily asked her. “Yeah, what about her?” Anna questioned, getting up from the couch as she walked to the kitchen to get herself some snacks. “She came over this morning telling me to stay away from Giovanni because I'd be in danger if I kept hanging around with him. I was already suspicious because of how he ran out that day… I don't know, it's just really suspicious.” “Have you spoken with Giovanni since then?” Anna questioned. “Yeah. He came over this morning a few minutes after she left. It's a wonder they didn't cross paths. Anyway, he denied it but I didn't pay him any heed.
