Everyone left the ranch that same day. By then, Jennifer and Cindy were already on their flight back. Joshua was asked to stay behind, seemingly having some unfinished business to attend to. Out of courtesy, Charles tried to get them to stay for a few more days. However, everyone knew that it was just an invitation out of politeness, so no one actually took him up on his offer. Taking advantage of that, he pulled Elsa aside and tried his best to persuade her to stay a little longer. She was reluctant to stay, especially since everyone had decided to leave.
