Aaron’s POV I feel like I’m ready to snap in two. It has never been clearer to my cabinet, the news, and even myself that Mae and I are officially political opponents. Yet this damn, stronger version of our mate bond has me yearning for her every second of the day. Physically, emotionally, intellectually, I want her, need her, crave her.
