Chapter168: Who is that Man?

ALANA   I just sighed and settled myself in the hard frame of William when his arms enveloped around me. We were back in the cabin just looking at the serene crystal lake.   “You have been thinking for a little over an hour now.” He kissed my neck and sniffed my scent. “Do not worry about my father. I will be there with you.”   I faced him and put my arms around his waist.   “That is not what I am actually thinking now. I have so much faith in our love that facing the alpha king is not something that would scare me now. I could even tell him the truth and I would not flinch. That’s how much I trust this love we have for each other.”   Running a finger through my hair, he gazed at my face lovingly. “What are you thinking? God, I want to sacrifice everything just so I could have access to your head again.”   He chuckled afterwards but I answered him seriously.   “Alpha Killian.”   His smile disappeared and his arms around me got tighter.   “Why are you thinking about him?”   I took a lon
